TO: ALL MEMBERS OF WALTHAM PARISH COUNCIL.
Councillors are hereby summoned to attend the Ordinary Meeting of the Council on Tuesday the 1
st of April 2025 commencing at 7.30 pm at Waltham Village Hall for the transaction of the business described in the following Agenda. Supporting documents can be found in an Agenda Pack on the Parish Councils website. Members of the public may make representations, answer questions, and give evidence in respect of the business on the agenda during item 4 – Public Session.

AGENDA
1. To receive any apologies for absence.
2. To receive Declarations of any Disclosable Pecuniary Interests and Other Significant Interests.
3. To approve the minutes of Motions and Resolutions of the meeting held on the 4
th of March 2025
4. Public Session: To receive representations questions and evidence from members of the public.
5. Chairman’s Report: To receive an update on current issues:
To include: Removal of play equipment at the park, engagement meeting at the Guildhall on 11th March, review
of winter maintenance.
6. To receive reports: from County and City Councillors.
7. Planning: To receive any outstanding planning applications and to approve a response as necessary.
8. Finance:
a) To note the end of year receipts and payments.
b) Payment Schedule: To approve any payment transactions.
9. To agree arrangements for the Annual Parish Meeting
10. To note website costs and decide upon actions highlighted in the recommendations of the Clerk.
