TO: ALL MEMBERS OF WALTHAM PARISH COUNCIL.
Councillors are hereby summoned to attend the Meeting of the Parish Council on Tuesday
the 1st of July 2025 commencing at 7.30 pm at Waltham Village Hall for the transaction of
the business described in the following Agenda. Supporting documents can be found on the
Parish Councils website. Members of the public may make representations, answer
questions and give evidence in respect of the business on the agenda during the Public
Session (Standing Order 3e).

AGENDA

     1.   To receive and approve apologies for absence.
2.   To receive any declarations of interest (Disclosable Pecuniary Interest and Other Significant                       Interests). The nature as well as the existence of any such interest must be declared.
3.   To approve the minutes of Motions and Resolutions of the meeting held on the 29th June 2025.
4.   To discuss matters arising from the above minutes not covered by the agenda.
5.   Public Session: To receive representations questions and evidence from the public on agenda                      items.
6.   Chairman’s Report. To receive an update on current issues:
7.   To receive reports: from County and City Councillors.
8.   Financial matters:
a) To note/authorise the following:
i.  To note the Parish Council’s financial position.
ii. To authorise any payments.
9.   To review the policies as circulated.
10. Local Government Reorganisation:
i.  To consider completion of the questionnaire
ii. To consider whether there are any CCC/KCC Assets the PC wishes to try to acquire and to                            receive any update from the KALC EGM on Local Government Reorganisation
11.  To consider any changes to the Risk Assessment.
12.  To receive any updates on Highways/Environment.
13.  Any Other Business (for information purposes only).
