TO: ALL MEMBERS OF WALTHAM PARISH COUNCIL.
Councillors are hereby summoned to attend the Ordinary Meeting of the Council on Tuesday the 3rd of December
2024 commencing at 7.30 pm at Waltham Village Hall for the transaction of the business described in the following
Agenda. Supporting documents can be found in an Agenda Pack on the Parish Councils website. Members of the
public may make representations, answer questions, and give evidence in respect of the business on the agenda
during item 4 – Public Session.
AGENDA
1. To receive any apologies for absence.
2. To receive Declarations of any Disclosable Pecuniary Interests and Other Significant Interests.
3. To approve the minutes of Motions and Resolutions of the meeting held on the 5th of November 2024.
4. Public Session: To receive representations questions and evidence from members of the public.
5. Chairman’s Report: To receive an update on current issues:
6. To receive reports: from County and City Councillors.
7. Planning: To receive any outstanding planning applications and to approve a response as necessary.
To include discussion on application: CA/24/01927, Land at Gogway Farm and an update on the site at Dene
Meadows
8. Finance:
a) To note year to date receipts and payments.
b) Payment Schedule: To approve payment transactions for November and December 2024.
9. Parish Plan
To discuss the next steps with the Parish Plan.
10. Dates of meetings:
The next Ordinary Meeting of the council will be held at 7.30pm on Tuesday the 4th of February 2025.
